Inspired by Istanbul's breakfast culture — seasonal fruit, dried figs, artisanal jams, clotted cream, labneh, cheeses and sweet spreads for a long, indulgent table.
Creamy strained yogurt, perfect with honey, olive oil or warm bread from the breakfast spread.

Muhammara, hummus, mutabbal, babaghanoush and homemade pickles — a curated selection crafted for sharing.
Hand-rolled Turkish dumplings with minced meat filling, served with yogurt, tomato sauce and melted butter.
KEBAB & PIDE
A premium charcoal-grilled selection for two, featuring Adana kebab, chicken kebab, lamb cubes and chicken shish, served with bulgur pilaf, lavash, grilled vegetables and signature sauces.
Charcoal-grilled beef served over smoked eggplant. Finished with sautéed vegetables and warm artisan bread.
Spiced minced meat on thin crispy dough, served with parsley, lemon, pomegranate molasses and grilled peppers.
